Every day Book Backup checks all your selected folders and files to see if you have made any changes since the last backup. If they are exactly the same then it leaves them alone. If there are any differences, only the changes are selected for backup. Because these changes are on average only about 2% of your original file selection the amount of bandwidth used to send the information is very small.
	We encrypt your files with a higher level than most banks use online. This means only you can get at your data.
	At the time chosen by you, your information is automatically sent to our secure Data Centre within IBMs Disaster Recovery Suite.
